CSV Duplicate Code Filler

Upload CSV, Excel (.xlsx, .xls), or OpenDocument Spreadsheet (.ods) file

How it works:

  1. Upload a file containing Description and CODE columns
  2. The tool will find similar descriptions using advanced matching
  3. When similar descriptions are found, it will copy CODE values from rows that have codes to rows with empty codes
  4. A new CSV file will be generated for download with filled CODE values
  5. Features: Case-insensitive matching, whitespace normalization, special character handling
